I won’t be going, but if I was, these would be my highlights. Now I know it will be impossible to see all of these bands/artists, I know how SXSW works. However, the SXSW website has a plethora of free songs for you to sample to assist you in your decision. San Francisco has always been famous for it’s artistic talent as well as it’s experimentation in all forms of art. So it only seems appropriate for Weatherman Cage and hip-hop underground hero TOPR to collaborate with visual artists like Alex Pardee for tonights Night of the Treeple at the Club 6 in San Fran. I hear that Cage may play some of his new material as well as feature some of his fello Weathermen (El-P, Aesop Rock, Yak Ballz, Tame 1) on stage. I don’t know for sure but I wouldn’t be surprised. So swing on by and see what’s up. Oh and it’s free from 7-9pm.

Cage – Left It To Us (feat. El-P, Aesop Rock, Yak Ballz, and Tame 1)
